Snob
Beth and Robert are coworkers. Theyโre at a party together.
Theyโre talking about different types of wine to drink.
Beth: Robert, you should try this wine from California. Itโs so delicious!
Robert: That sounds nice, but Iโll stick to Italian wine for now.
Beth: Just try it! It’s fruity and has an amazing taste. I’m sure you’ll love it.
Robert: Beth, I donโt want to try it. Iโm going to keep drinking my Italian wine. Itโs from Montepulciano and itโs rated a 97. Also, very expensive.
Beth: Robert, youโre such a snob sometimes. Italian wine is great, but trying this Californian wine wonโt kill you.
Robert: I appreciate your recommendation, Beth, but Iโm happy with this. You should learn to have some class.

Hi! My name is John. My favorite thing to do is travel! I’m a photographer and I use a Nikon camera, so I always document my trips with the best pictures I can take. I love to learn languages! I learned fluent Spanish when I lived in Costa Rica, and Iโve tried to learn other languages like Italian, Portuguese, French, and even Russian! It’s a hobby that’s really fun to me. I play some guitar, and in my spare time I like to watch documentaries or try to cook new and interesting foods. I love learning about new cultures! I hope I can learn about yours.
I obtained my CELTA certification from Teaching House, New York. I’m also a trained and certified teacher in my state, New Jersey, in the USA. I’ve been teaching English for 6 years now. My first job was in Costa Rica. All of the classes were fun and engaging, I love to play games with my students. I currently give classes online to students from Brazil, Russia, Spain, Korea, Germany, China, Italy, and many other countries. I’m experienced at teaching grammar and pronunciation and I specialize in American English. I want my students to speak like a native! My students will learn the material and put it to use, like a real situation. Come study with me!
