The restaurant scene of Rome is overwhelming. There are so many places of high-quality to eat from that when I see top-10 rankings it makes me wonder how accurate these rankings are. Here is a sample of the thousands of eateries you will find on Rome. And oh most, of not all, have the mandatory pasta offerings in their menu. You cannot escape that.
