    You can easily see that Tommy was anxious and suffering from depression the moment he snapped and said "It's my fault". I felt bad for him when he referred to himself as weak and a failure all his life. Working out and getting ripped is his coping mechanism as well as his escape to at least feel good with himself, to somewhat feel accomplished.

    Just look at how happy he looked when he said "I'm a chef now" and "I'm the boss". Such a sweet soft guy. We should protect him at all cost

    Bro, the talk at their home is so frustrating. This man has depression, hearing them say 'you gotta pull yourself back together' sucks. That's not how it works, it's almost like telling someone with a broken leg to 'just stand up'.

    Like all the rest of these restaurants, the owners do not listen to customers or staff, ESPECIALLY about the food!!! If the food was good, the customers would be there! BOTH owners are deluded and in denial. It's also clear, after only a few minutes in, that the cook has changed from the old restaurant. Obviously the food is not good. Hell, you can SEE the steak is raw! I GUARANTEE YOU the customers have told them this before. Clearly, in the old restaurant, the father controlled the food. He probably WAS the cook. They're also breaking the law when they're advertising "lobster" and giving crayfish.

    BOTH owners: "We have really good food. We stand behind our food! I STILL stand behind our food." Even to Chef Ramsey: "I disagree with that, that's YOUR opinion." Well, CLEARLY, your customers agree with chef Ramsey. The cook is NOT a head chef, and I don't think he pretends to be one either. Maybe they were too cheap to pay for one. But they don't even TELL the chef when he doesn't cook anything properly. They're BOTH a couple of parrots: "I stand behind our food, I stand behind our food, we have good food, we have good food."

    Chiarella's – survived another 3 years after this, then permanently closed due to high rent. Ramsay's team got what they wanted – an utterly clueless audience hellbent on believing doing things right for the wrong reasons as long as you ignore the reasons, won't catch up to you. People need more than just business, but more than just family too. If that's all that you have, you might as well be a robot because that's the direction you're going in.

    If your husband has depression amd already very low self esteem you don't say things like "don't screw it up" you say it's okay mistakes happen keep going.
