Hi, today we represent to you another recipe (Herb Paté or Paté aux herbes as it is named in French), try it and leave your comment.
We find this dish of Italian cuisine throughout southern Italy. In Puglia and more particularly in Salento, this recipe is called “bucatini of the corsair”. Go and find out why “Corsair” I searched, but I did not find anything. It is an easy recipe (like almost every Italian recipe of the day) to do and involves the use of green aromatic herbs: parsley, basil, …. (and what you have).
Ingredients:
500 g of chicken breast
100 g lean white ham
200 g of cooked beef tongue (it is cooked commercially)
150 g of chicken liver
1 k spinach
2 cloves of garlic
100 g onions
Parsley, basil, chopped tarragon: 2 tablespoons each
200 g of white cheese at 0%
4 eggs
½ tomato juice
100 ml sherry vinegar
