Had one of the best meals of my life when we discovered a “Cooking Class” which is kinda code for Underground Restaurant. It’s so hard to get a permit to run a restaurant throughout Europe, so chefs teach cooking in their apartments. I didn’t learn much, didn’t care if I did, but WOW, did I have something special. Focaccia bread, Gnocchi with Vodka Sauce, Chicken Cacciatore, and Tiramisu for dessert. In Vicenza, see Lucas for an amazing night!
