Ingredients↓
garlic cloves 3~4
parsley (much as you desire)
olive oil 3tbsp
salt
pepper
red pepper flakes (pinch)
your favorite pasta
(prepare pot of water with salt for pasta)
Sauce↓↓
1. pour oil into the pan and turn the heat on to low
2. chop or crush the garlic and toss into the pan with oil
3. cook until garlics flavor transfers to the oil
(don’t burn it)
4. when the garlic has nice golden brown color, toss in generous amount of chopped parsley and stir for 20sec
5. add in pasta water then turn the heat off.
6.add in your pasta before aldente, stir in the pan until the pasta is aldente, add in pasta water if you need for pasta if its too firm
7. serve it while it’s hot
