This week on Dining Fables, we showcase a dining experience at an amazing Italian restaurant that offers authentic, traditional cuisine with a creative twist. – Home made bread, including Rosemary Focaccia, a Parmesan grissini and some simple brown bread

– Arancini with Porcini Mushrooms and Pecorino Cheese,. Served with celeriac puree with flaked almond

– Carpaccio of marinated beef filet with mustard and lemon dressing, rocket & Parmesan shavings

– Sea bass ravioli, lemon-butter sauce, tomato concassé

– Slow-cooked lamb shoulder and herb-crusted cutlet, carrot cream, and potato cake
