Wine video tasting and review of a wonderful 2020 Villa Sparina Gavi di Gavi White Wine from Italy. Purchased locally at Ingredients Saskatoon for $48 this is definitely one of the nicest white wines we’ve ever had. The grape is a Cortese and we can tell from sampling it is one of the nicer grapes for white wine production. This wine has wonderful flavors of citrus, lemon, pear, stone fruit, honey and acidity. Just an all around really great wine. If you stumble across this wine make sure you nab a bottle or two. Thanks as always to my partner in wine (Cindy) for making these videos with me!
