how do you make it so red? When I make it with a usual California Cabernet Sauvignon, it is very good, but not as red. If you use red beets instead of onions in the beginning, the color is exquisite, the flavor does not really change, but I am afraid someone might burn me at stake for that
I'm so sad I didn't get to try this when I visited the Garda lake area and Verona, even though most restaurants had it, but the minimum order was 2 people and I was only one.
