I think nearly all japanese restaurants (or generally all restaurants of a foreign cuisine) here in europe taste different to the home nation's ones. And the sushi restaurant workers are also never japanese here in Vienna ^^"

I'm pretty sure they use that spoon at ramen shops in japan. Though oldschool people drink the soup straight from the bowl. How can you drink miso soup with chop sticks? mendokusai!
