Wow this year flew by so fast! It’s already. the last week of December! I recorded this vlog earlier this week while I was still in Amsterdam. Now, I am back in LA and my family is flying in tonight yayyyyy! I’m so excited to have them here and spend some well needed quality time together. We have some fun activities planned and I will be cooking for everyone this weekend which will be fun!

Completely agree – eating food for enjoyment is just as (if not more) important as fuelling your body for optimal health 🙏🏼 Food is such an integral part of connecting with people and nothing is worth sacrificing those moments by obsessing over the nutritional value – if anything, that’s worse for your health.. I am much older than you, and just like you, I became super aware about everything about nourishment, health, toxic foods,additives, etc, etc, etc…I delved deep into it all many many moons ago. I really don't get why people are stressing about 2 -3 rich meals .. just relax people 😌 as long as you don't stop moving your body for an extended period all fine. Your body is smart and remember that your metabolism is stimulated.i may gain a kg or 2 over winter but I lose it right after spring due to warmer weather you actually crave lighter food items . Its normal to look different somehow our body is alive !
