Full Recipe:
1. Grate 1 cup of pecorino Romano, 1 cup of cheddar, and 1/4 cup of parmesan. Place half of parmesan to the side
2. Blend cheeses with 1tbsp of fresh cracked black pepper
3. Butter or mayo on two slices of bread. Press remaining parmesan into your spread.
4. Assemble in pan and toast over medium heat (nonstick pan), cover with a lid for 3-4 minutes
5. Flip when golden brown and cover again. Rest for at least 2 minutes and enjoy
