Bevo sempre il caffè dalle 7 alle 9 e poi di solito mangio qualcosa di dolce a colazione, come gli italiani. A pranzo preparo un frullato. Tuttavia, quando vado in Italia, mi godo un pranzo tipico italiano con due o tre portate. Non bevo mai caffè dopo colazione.
Faccio la mia colazione verso le sette con una tazza di tè seguito di un caffè e toast, ma questo è il toast inglese, un pezzo di pane bruciato, non come toast italiano. Pranzo verso il mezzogiorno con un panino e mangio la mia cena verso le diciotto, con una grande portata ma poi mangio le merendine durante la sera che è molto non italiano. Anche bevo il tè e il caffè spesso durante la giornata, a volte con torta o i biscotti, ma mai con troppo latte.
Avro problemi in Italia ! devo mangiare molto velocemente la sera per finire in tempo par andare al letto!! Ma e impossible per me aspettare fino alla otto!! grazie Anna per questo video- e molto utile per me !😄
