Valdobbiadene (“Val-doh-bee-ahhh-deh-nay”) is the heartland of Prosecco. The small, 15 mile wide jewel is Italy’s crown of sparkling wine. If you’re looking for an intense-yet-refined aromatic bubbly, you’ve come to the right place.

  1. Are you going to make a video about "Metodo Classico" in general? (such as: Franciacorta, Trento DOC, Alta Langa, etc…). If you like Prosecco DOCG, I suggest you try these wineries: "Siro Merotto" or "Mongarda". Ciao e salute! Cheers to y'all!

  2. Sadly I only buy (cheap) Prosecco for aperol spritz. But I love this region. I used to go cycling there almost every weekend when I lived in the area. At the time it felt like "off the beaten path. Also worth a visit to Bassano di Grappa for a grappa shot.
