Best New Las Vegas Restaurants: Amalfi by Bobby Flay @ Caesars Palace | Italian Seafood & Steak Vlog

Hi there!

I’ve never tried any Bobby Flay restaurants before, including the casual Bobby’s Burgers because my first impression of him from the early 2000s did not motivate me to do so.

But I ended up at Bobby’s latest restaurant because I wanted to experience if it was better than The Bedford by Martha Stewart, and Giada at The Cromwell. Amalfi might be the best valued casual fine-dining restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip.

I learned that first impressions can be crucial but I should counterbalance it with a level of, “don’t judge a book by its cover.” Anyhow, let’s eat!
