Bolognese Sauce comes from Bologna, Italy and it’s a simple meat sauce that’s cooked for more that 4 hours to elevated the taste of real authentic meat sauce. This recipe is very closer to a authentic version you might eat in Bologna. This is also a multi purpose sauce that could be used for lasagna, baked ziti, with bread or mixed with Pasta. Please use the right pasta I mention in the video for best result. Here are the ingredients

Bolognese Sauce
1 Red Onion
4 Stalks of celery
4 Carrots (medium)
4-5 cloves of garlic
1.25 Lbs of Ground Bison
1 Lb Ground American Wagyu
2 Lbs Ground Pork
1/4 lbs of chicken livers
2 cups of Red Wine
2 cans of Tomato Paste
680g Tomato Purée (Passata)
1.5 can of 28 Oz Pelled Italian Tomatoes

2-4 cups of boiling water
1 cup of Milk (add to the sauce 10 mins before you ready to be done with it)
Salt and Pepper to taste
