In this episode of Cocktails With Cass, I share with you a curated wine tasting I put together for me and my friends. As a wine enthusiast, I wanted to share some of my favorite wines which include Pinot Grigio, Red Blends and Prosecco. I read that when curating a wine tasting, it’s best to focus on a particular region to compare the differences in taste from similarly crafted wines. For this tasting, I selected an assortment of Italian wines which included two Pinot Grigio’s two, Red Blends and a Prosecco. I also provided my guest with a bit of tasting table etiquette, and a tasting journal as a parting gift.
