The Best Linguine with Scallops | Family Recipe FULL RECIPE BELOW ⬇️

My recipe for homemade perfectly seared scallops and linguine is incredibly tasty and comparable to restaurant chef quality and best of all, it’s easy to make. Watch as I show how to make scallops in a lemon and wine sauce with fresh herbs. Enjoy from my family to yours.

INGREDIENTS
700g or 1.5 lbs of fresh or frozen scallops
Cherry tomatoes (15-20)
1 lemon
Fresh parsley
Fresh basil
1/2 red chilli pepper
2 -3 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of white wine
200g/8oz of linguine pasta
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Thaw frozen scallops and place a pot of water on the stove until boil for your linguine.
2. Prep your fresh ingredients by cutting lengthwise your garlic and cherry tomatoes in half, cut your 1/2 chilli pepper into smaller pieces and set aside chopped parsley.
3. To make the sauce, pre heat your skillet on medium-high and pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Place your garlic halves and sliced chilli peppers in the skillet.
4. Transfer your scallops to the skillet cooking on high for about 2 minutes per side until browned. Watch video for instructions on cooking instructions.
5. Put in your sliced cherry tomatoes to the mixture adding salt, pepper and white wine. Removed garlic halves that have browned. Add fresh basil, chopped parsley, lemon zest and lemon juice using a half lemon.
6. Cook your linguine and transfer to your scallop sauce and continue to cook. Add more fresh basil on top and serve immediately.
