I know, I know – it has been a MINUTE! Life happens. But here we go! The Italy videos are done and ready to rock and honestly, it’s so sweet to see these beautiful memories!
On the first day I met the group in Rome and we traveled by bus to Torre Lupara – a fully integrated caseficio that grows the grass, that feeds the buffalo, that produce the milk to make the cheese! We had a delicious lunch of buffalo mozzarella, ricotta, salumi, bread, gelato and wine before winding our way to our hotel in Sorrento to get a good night’s rest!
