Trying to Recreate Our Favorite Food from Our ITALIAN ADVENTURE | Spaghetti allo Scammaro, Peposo dell’Impruneta, Sfincia di San Giuseppe
Eva and I just got home after 2 1/2 months in Italy! We had a TON of incredible food during our trip, but we feel a little sad that we weren’t able to share any of it with you all.
To remedy this injustice, Eva is going to try and recreate three of our favorite dishes from the trip, and I’ll judge whether or not you can confidently make them at home and experience what we ate in Italy!
