Ingredients:
250 gms Paneer
For Stuffing:
1/4 Cup Jalapeno
1/4 Cup Olive
1 Tbsp Cheese Spread
1 Tbsp Fresh Basil
For Marination:
1 Cup Hung Curd
1 Tbsp Mustard Oil
1 Tsp Honey Mustard Sauce
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1 Tsp Dry Basil or Oregano
Salt to Taste
1 Tbsp Roasted Besan
1/2 Tsp Green Chilli
1/4 Tsp Turmeric
Method:
-Make big square pieces of Paneer and make cuts on it as shown.
-Mix the ingredients given above for stuffing and fill it in Paneer
-Mix all the ingredients given above for Marination in a bowl
-Add Paneer pieces to marination and coat them
-Smoke the charcoal in a bowl as shown
-Grill Paneer Tikka as shown and serve hot.
