There was a time when you could easily drive right past this restaurant at 100 Center Street in Shelton and not even notice it was there. It sort of blends right in with the busy bustle of the street. But those days are over. Caloroso (pronounced Cal-a-row-so) just LOOKS like a great time with the two-level outdoor terrace. The staff will treat you like family, the food is to live for, the banquet and party scene is real, and oh . . . they have wings!
