Hey write-righters, Keith Wheeler here back with another video for you. So, you’ve written your book and you want to self-publish it the right way. You want to pay for a good editor, pay for a good cover, maybe run some ads to help you sell more books, but you don’t have the funds to pay for all that. (But you do have some spare time)
In today’s video, I’m going to share with you 5 gigs you can do to help raise funds for your book that take little to no experience.
Let’s get started:
Now, before we get started, what I’m going to show you is based on Fiverr, however, there are other freelance platforms out there. Like Upwork, etc. In fact, when I first started self-publishing books, I use to freelance on Upwork.
Now full disclosure, what I’m showing you are just 5 gigs you can do with little to no experience. I am not encouraging anyone to do a garbage job just to get paid. Gigs, just like any other business are based on customer service, so the higher quality you do, the more chances you can both charge more as well as increase your customer base. Also, obviously, you’ll be able to charge more and do a better job if you create a gig for something you do have some skill in. But that’s a topic for another video.
With all that disclosure stuff out of the way, let’s get started.
