PARADISE made in Italy. 4K Scenic drive and walking show in Piedmont
Picturesque roads, the white truffle festival in Alba, castles of Piedmont, wineries and much more. North Italy local life in BIO style.
The heart of the Fair in October and November is the Alba White Truffle World Market, the ideal place to appreciate and buy truffles from the Langhe, Monferrato and Roero area.
Within the Truffle Market you will find Alba Truffle Show: the space dedicated to Cooking Shows with great chefs, the Truffle Sensory Analysis, the Wine Tasting Experience, twinnings with territories of food and wine excellence and “taste weddings” among the hills of Langhe, Monferrato and Roero along with guests, events and debates.
And yet the Fair confirms and expands its educational function with the Alba Truffle Kids Truffle, the pavilion dedicated to children and their families. The International Alba White Truffle Fair is one of the top showcases of haute cuisine and Italian excellence.
Alba Truffle Show…
Truffle is fragrance, poetry, mystery, but also “stellar” level cuisine and a status symbol with an everlasting charm. The Alba Truffle Show is a great hub of cultural and gastronomic events that celebrate the “white gold” of the Langhe in all its shades. During all the weekends of the Fair there will be national and international chefs, local chefs, designers, writers and artists sharing the same passion for truffles and the culture of good food and good taste.00:00 Welcome to Piedmont
