Hi all and welcome! Today we are making my creamy Italian spaghetti squash along with some air fried salmon. Yum! Let me know if you like this style of video, I find it so relaxing to watch someone cook.. m. But that may just be me. 😅 Also comment below what other recipes you want to see!

Here’s my written creamy Italian spaghetti squash recipe:

Creamy Italian Spaghetti Squash

1 Medium-sized spaghetti Squash, precooked and shredded into “noodles”
4 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ cup mascarpone cheese
Dried parsley, for garnish

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
Once melted, add in the garlic and saute until fragrant (about 30 seconds)
Add in the pre-cooked spaghetti squash, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning and stir to coat in the butter.
Once heated through, add the mascarpone and stir well to combine and melt the cheese.
Sprinkle with dried parsley and Serve warm.
Enjoy!

For the salmon, preheat your air fryer to 350° for 3 minutes, place salmon on parchment spray with olive oil and season with whatever you like! Then cook at 350° for 8 minutes.
