INGREDIENTS
150g chocolate (we sugar-free)
20g green pistachios from Bronte DOP
30g crunchy cereals (we soy)
100% pistachio butter

Cut the chocolate into flakes, then melt it in a double boiler. Add the coarsely chopped pistachios and grains to the melted chocolate. Mix well and pour the mixture in equal parts on the base of four silicone cups. Put in the freezer for 5-10 minutes, just enough time for them to solidify.

Take them out and add 15g of pistachio butter in each cup. Cover with the rest of the melted chocolate (put back in a double boiler if it has cooled in the meantime), and put them back in the freezer / fridge. Once solidified, they are ready to munch!
