INGREDIENTS:
4 salmon fillets
To season the salmon: a combination of
*1 TBSP garlic powder
*1 TBSP onion powder
*1 TSP salt
*1 TSP black pepper
2 TBSP avocado oil
2-4 TBSP butter
1 TSP italian seasoning
1 TSP all purpose seasoning
4-5 garlic clove minced
1 TBSP capers
1 sweet onion minced
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes (12-15)
2 cups of fresh spinach
1 cup of heavy cream
1/4 white wine or 1/4 of chicken stock
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
