Food is one of many reasons why I love traveling Italy!
As a Food Traveler I couldn’t resist to drive to the Street Market (on every Thursday) in the City of Sora, Province of Frosinone, Region of Lazio which is known for its crispy Cumin Donut (Ciambella). The best way to eat the Cumin Donut is to dip it into fresh and warm Ricotta.
That’s exactly what I did!
After the first bite I heard the angels singing Hallelujah…
