In this video I wanted to share one of my favorite recipes ever: ragù alla Bolognese a.k.a. Bolognese sauce. This old time classic is not only delicious, but extremely versatile. You can use it for long pasta, lasagna, stuffed shells, zucchini… The world is your oyster when you make really good bolognese sauce.
