It’s a chicken recipe that should be cooked with Thai basil but if you can’t find any, you can substitute with Italian basil. Thai basil has a stronger and more aromatic flavor than the Italian basil. As for the chicken, it’s a miniature chicken, which is about an inch tall and an inch wide.
