Recipe (2 Servings):
– ⅓ lb Spaghetti
– 4oz bacon
– ⅔ cup parmesan (about 2 oz)
– 1 Whole Egg
– 2 Egg Yolks
– Salt and Pepper

Steps:
(1) Boil a large pot of salted water.
(2) Heat a skillet over high heat.
(3) Add the bacon and cook slowly until it is crispy.
(4) In a bowl, beat the eggs and add half the cheese.
(5) Once the water boils, cook the pasta al dente (about 2 minutes before the cooking time on the package).
(6) Scoop out some pasta water and add the noodles to the bowl with the bacon.
(7) Add the pasta water/cheese/egg mixture to the noodles slowly and continue mixing until a sauce has formed. If the pasta appears too dry, add more pasta water to the mixture.
(8) Top with salt, pepper, and the rest of the cheese.
