Hi, my fellow simmers! ♡
Welcome to another The Sims 4 speed build where we’re going to build a historical Italian villa. It’s highly inspired by the 17th-century Italian villa called Villa Rosa aka palazzo L that I’ve found on Pinterest. Originally this villa was huge but I made it smaller since I was inspired by the front of the Villa Rosa and I wanted it to be in the center of attention.
As always for this historical Italian villa, I’ve been using some amazing Sims 4 custom content. The Sims 4 cc list and the tray file are going to be available on my Tumbler.
It’s built in Tartosa (The Sims 4 My wedding stories) on a 40×30 lot and it’s made for a family of three and their battler. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
I used the ladders from the gallery as a decoration made by @pugowned

If you want to change my original walls or wallpapers, in order for everything to stay in place you need to install the Better BuildBuy mod from the Twisted Mexi ( ) and turn on deletion protection as an option in BBB’s filter panel. Turn it on while necessary and turn it back off immediately after.
♡ Unable The sims 4 cheats (If you have a Better BuildBuy mod you have this automatically) :
First type: ctrl + shift + c
Then type: testingcheats true – press enter
Next cheat: bb.showhiddenobjects
Next cheat: bb.showlive edit objects
Next cheat: bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement
In the search menu type: DEBUG
AND UNLOCK DEBUG SECTION
– with all the items from the game
