I made this once with herbs and an Italian buddy told me Traditional Italian Meat sauce doesn’t have herbs. So i started making it without herbs then i was told by another Italian that their family uses herbs. The confusion left me wondering what am i supposed to do. Until a Chef buddy reminded me “Cooking and Taste is like Art, some people may love it some will think its nothing special. If all food was cooked the same way there would be no need for different restaurants.”
