Pressure Cooker Rigatoni with Sausage

3 ¾ cups beef broth
1 lb uncooked rigatoni pasta
¾ lb Italian smoked sausage sliced into rounds
28 oz crushed tomatoes
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
¼ cup tomato paste
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ heavy cream
Salt & pepper to taste
Grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Place uncooked pasta in the bottom of the pressure cooker
Pour beef broth over pasta, making sure liquid completely covers pasta
Add sausage in an even layer
Mix crushed tomatoes, garlic, tomato paste, basil and red pepper flakes. Add to pot
DO NOT STIR!!
Put lid on cooker and lock and cook on high pressure for 3 minutes
Let pressure release naturally. Open pot and stir pasta well while adding cream
Season as needed with salt and pepper
Put on serving platter and sprinkle with cheese.
