It was in 1953, in Sicily, when Mario Fiasconaro, Fausto, Martino and Nicola Fiasconaro father start working as an ice-cream dealer and pastry chef. Then arrived the first experience with pastry, cassatine, cannoli, “sfincioni” with ricotta cream and mountains of profiteroles, that soon become his real masterpiece.
Today, Fiasconaro is famous for the production of Panettone and Colomba, combining the tradition of Milan and Sicilian Gastronomy. In this video, Nicola Fiasconaro, presente the Colomba to celebrate Easter 2015.
