I get so many questions about whether or not you can substitute semola rimacinata for semolina flour! And the answer depends on what you are planning to make! Semolina flour can make beautiful breads and pizza crusts but if you want to make authentic fresh pasta, I recommend you use the delicious semola rimacinata.
