Back again with some mouth-watering Lasagna, to fulfill your appetite!
Recipe (In order):
– Meat Filling:
âĒ Olive oil – 5 TBSP
âĒ Garlic – 5 cloves – Chopped.
âĒ Chicken Mince – 500 G
âĒ Salt/Pepper – To taste.
âĒ White Pepper – To taste.
âĒ Marinara Sauce – 250 G – (Recipe Below)
– Spinach /Cheese spread:
âĒ Olive oil – 1TBSP
âĒ Garlic – 2 cloves – Crushed.
âĒ Spinach – 100 G.
âĒ Oregano – 1 TSP.
(Mix separately)
âĒ Ricotta cheese – 200 G
âĒ Egg – x1
âĒ Mozzarella cheese – 200 G
âĒ Parmesan cheese – 2 TBSP
âĒ Parsley flakes – 1 TBSP
âĒ Add in the spinach listed above
âĒ Pepper – To taste
– Marinara Sauce;
âĒ Olive oil – 2 TBSP
âĒ Garlic – 4 cloves – Chopped.
âĒ Tomatoes – 0.5 KG – Boiled/Peeled – Mashed.
âĒ Chili Garlic sauce – 2 TBSP
âĒ Mixed Herbs – 1 TBSP
âĒ Canned tomato puree – 3 TBSP
âĒ Salt/Pepper – To taste.
– SautÃĐ in a pan on medium heat. 4-5 min.
– Assembly;
âĒ Spread a thin layer of the spinach/cheese spread evenly on sheets of lasagna, and coat with the meat filling. Leave space at the edge for rolling.
âĒ Roll up gently and arrange in baking dish of choice. Sprinkle with remaining meat and coat with a layer of mozzerella cheese in quantity of choice. (150 G in our video but you can adjust it to taste).
âĒ Bake at 180’C for 20 minutes.
