Back again with some mouth-watering Lasagna, to fulfill your appetite!

Recipe (In order):
– Meat Filling:
â€Ē Olive oil – 5 TBSP
â€Ē Garlic – 5 cloves – Chopped.
â€Ē Chicken Mince – 500 G
â€Ē Salt/Pepper – To taste.
â€Ē White Pepper – To taste.
â€Ē Marinara Sauce – 250 G – (Recipe Below)

– Spinach /Cheese spread:
â€Ē Olive oil – 1TBSP
â€Ē Garlic – 2 cloves – Crushed.
â€Ē Spinach – 100 G.
â€Ē Oregano – 1 TSP.

(Mix separately)
â€Ē Ricotta cheese – 200 G
â€Ē Egg – x1
â€Ē Mozzarella cheese – 200 G
â€Ē Parmesan cheese – 2 TBSP
â€Ē Parsley flakes – 1 TBSP
â€Ē Add in the spinach listed above
â€Ē Pepper – To taste

– Marinara Sauce;
â€Ē Olive oil – 2 TBSP
â€Ē Garlic – 4 cloves – Chopped.
â€Ē Tomatoes – 0.5 KG – Boiled/Peeled – Mashed.
â€Ē Chili Garlic sauce – 2 TBSP
â€Ē Mixed Herbs – 1 TBSP
â€Ē Canned tomato puree – 3 TBSP
â€Ē Salt/Pepper – To taste.
– SautÃĐ in a pan on medium heat. 4-5 min.

– Assembly;
â€Ē Spread a thin layer of the spinach/cheese spread evenly on sheets of lasagna, and coat with the meat filling. Leave space at the edge for rolling.
â€Ē Roll up gently and arrange in baking dish of choice. Sprinkle with remaining meat and coat with a layer of mozzerella cheese in quantity of choice. (150 G in our video but you can adjust it to taste).
â€Ē Bake at 180’C for 20 minutes.
