How to cook chicken Marsala the Italian way.
Chicken Marsala (pollo al Marsala) is an italo-American dish, it is quite uncommon here in Italy, but I have tried to cook it the Italian way with quality ingredients made in Italy. The dominating flavor is certainly the shot of Marsala wine from the same named town in Sicily, together with fresh mushrooms fried in olive oil.
