How to prepare lasagna with minced beef sugo the Italian way

In Italy there exist lasagna versions with and without bechamel. I personally prefer without bechamel, instead I have used scamorza and Parmigiano Reggiano between the layers. The result is nice solid and crispy. The sauce includes minced beef.
This is among my top 3 dishes. Try it!
