Getting ready for 2022? I thought Iโd take this opportunity to explain the differences within the category of Sparkling Wine. While I think more and more people in the U.S. are catching on to the variety in wines, I still hear many refer to it all sparkling wines as champagne.
In todayโs video, Iโm talking through the sparkling wines (Champagne, Cava, Prosecco, California Champagne) their origins, grapes used, and their respective price points that you can keep in mind next time youโre out shopping for some bubbly wine.
