Italians… Don’t get mad at me! This is my version of a my favorite pasta dish! It is a mix between a Cacio e Pepe, a classic Roman dish and the EXTREMELY popular Carbonara pasta! #shorts
Recipe:
– 1 portion Spaghetti Pasta
– 1.5 cups of grated Parmesan Cheese
– 1/2 tsp toasted and crushed Black Pepper
– 2 tbsp Pasta Water
– 1.5 tsp Salt (for pasta)
– 2 Egg Yolks
