Servings- 3

Ingredients to prepare dough-
All purpose flour (maida)- 1 cup
Salt- As per your taste

Method-
Take 1 cup of all purpose flour (maida). Add salt as per your taste. Mix them well. Add water gradually and start kneading. Prepare a soft and smooth dough. Keep it at rest for 15 mins.

Ingredients for stir frying veggies-
Oil- 2 tbsp
Garlic (lehsun)- 1 knob finely chopped
Green and Red chillies- 4-5 finely chopped
Onions- 2 medium sized finely chopped
Carrot (gajar)- 1/2 finely chopped
Cucumber (kheera)- 1/2 finely chopped
Capsicum (shimla mirch)- 1 medium sized finely chopped
Tomato- 1 medium finely chopped
Boiled sweet corn (madhu makka)- 1/4 cup
Salt- As per your taste
Oregano- 1 tsp
Pizza herbs- 1 tsp
Chilli flakes- 1 tsp
Black pepper (kali mirch) Powder- 1/4 tsp

Method-
Heat the pan on high flame. Add 2 tbsp of oil. Now lower the flame. Add 1 knob of finely chopped garlic (lehsun). 4-5 finely chopped green and red chillies. Fry them for a min. Now add 2 medium sized finely chopped onions. Fry it till pink in colour. Now add 1/2 Carrot (gajar) finely chopped. 1/2 cucumber (kheera) finely chopped. 1 medium size finely chopped capsicum (shimla mirch). 1 medium sized finely chopped tomato. 1/4th cup boiled sweet corn (madhu makka). Fry them on high flame till tender (acche se gal jaye). Add salt as per your taste. Now lower the flame and add 1 tsp of oregano. 1 tsp of pizza herbs. 1 tsp of chilli flakes. Mix them well. Add 1/4 tsp of black pepper (kali mirch) powder. Mix them well. And it’s done. Keep it aside.

Ingredients for boiling lasagna sheets-
Water- 1 ltr
Salt- 1 tsp
Oil- 1 tsp

Method-
Now to make the pasta sheets, Cut the dough into 3. Cover the roundel with some flour. And start rolling it into a thin sheet. It should be as thin as possible. Now cut it into a square shape. Remove the excess parts. Cut them into rectangular sheets. Prepare the rest in the same way. You can cut the sheets according to the size of your vessel. Now let’s boil them. In a vessel add 1 ltr of water. Switch on the flame and let it boil. Add 1 tsp of salt. 1 tbsp of oil. Mix it well. Lower the flame. And start adding pasta sheets in it one by one. Boil them for 5 mins. Switch off the flame and strain the sheets carefully.

Ingredients for Assembly-
Pizza sauce
Boiled pasta sheets
Stir fried veggies
Cheese spread
Cheese slices
Grated mozzarella cheese
Pizza herbs

Method-
If you are making it in microwave use borosilicate glass dish and if you are making it on stove you can use cake tin for baking the lasagna. Here I’m using glass dish. Spread the pizza sauce in the bottom. Place the boiled lasagna sheets on it. Spread the pizza sauce again above it. Now add the stir fry veggies on it. And spread it evenly. Now add the cheese spread on the veggies. Add some pieces of cheese slice. Now add the grated mozzarella cheese over it. Now again place the boiled lasagna sheets. And repeat the same process till 4-5 layers are completed. Now on the top layer after adding grated cheese. Sprinkle some pizza herbs on it. Our lasagna is ready to be baked. In a microwave bake it on Grill+ Convection mode at 200°C for 20 mins. If you are baking it in a pan Preheat the pan for 5 mins then place the tin and let it bake for 20 mins at low to medium flame. Your lasagna is ready to serve. Cut the lasagna into square pieces. And serve them hot directly.
