I highly recommend to fry freshly collected olivs on low flame in extra virgin olive oil and enjoy together with freshly toasted Italian bread. An incredible experience of flavors.
Ingredients for 1 person:
20 fresh olives
50 ml of extra virgin olive oil
3 slices of Italian bread
a bit of salt
some cheese, e.g. scamorza (optional)
