In DAY 2, Annie returns to a short lesson on how our sense of smell works and give you some tips on how to train your nose every day with household items.

What does wine smell tell you?

We will discuss how much you can determine about the wine based on aroma like what type of grape variety, where the grapes were grown, and how the wine was made.

Once you learn how to make a scent memory you will find more aromas in your wine glass.

WINE OF THE DAY: Gaspard Sauvignon Touraine 2017 (Sauvignon Blanc)

MATERIALS: Grapefruit if you can find it, alternatively other citrus.
