¾ tsp kosher salt
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried thyme
1 tsp fennel seeds
2 cloves crushed garlic
½ tsp rosemary
¼ tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine all the ingredients.
2. Allow to rest in the fridge for 10-12 hours, then use in the desired recipe.
