Ive been making this same Zabaglione recipe back when I was working nights at Chef Marcs Italian Restaurant. Its always gotten the best complements by the customers for its unique look and flavor. The recipe has been taught to me by my Father and Uncle and since then Ive made some quality changes to the recipe and have finalized it to this.

3 egg yolks (60g)
100g marsala wine
25g sugar
lemon zest
