These biscuit garlic knots are a super easy flat top grill appetizer or side dish, perfect for Italian night! Watch to see how we turn canned biscuits, garlic spread, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese into delicious garlic nuggets of goodness.
Start by cutting your biscuits into quarters and rolling into balls. Then, add a heaping tablespoon or two of store-bought garlic spread to your preheated Camp Chef or Blackstone griddle. Place the biscuit dough balls directly in the butter spread and stir a bit to combine, back and forth, until the garlic butter is evenly coating all of the biscuit knots.
Continue to cook the garlic knots, moving them back and forth across the flat top grill so they cook evenly. Once they’re almost done cooking, add more of the garlic spread and sprinkle on Italian herbs and seasoning. Finish cooking until biscuits are done in the middle, then transfer them to a large bowl. Add grated parmesan cheese and toss to coat.
Serve with marinara sauce for easy garlic knots on the flat top grill! A great side dish option to go along with our Chicken Parmesan on the griddle!
