The cost is $98 which includes free-flow Prosecco, red wine or white wine together with an Italian-Japanese inspired 5-course menu including dishes such as burrata pomodoro, seafood ceviche, a seasonal pasta, and a delicious 60-days dry-aged ribeye with grilled asparagus. Guests are welcome to top up $48 for the free-flow champagne offer.

You will indulge in Burrata (pictured above) with roma and sundried tomatoes in pomodoro reduction followed by a Seafood ceviche (pictured above) prepared with Sweet prawn, Hokkaido scallops and Japanese snow crab in leche de tigre which is a traditional ceviche marinade.
