๏‚ง 12-14 Roma Tomatoes (score-X on the end)
๏‚ง 3 TBSP Olive Oil
๏‚ง 1 Med/large onion (chopped)
๏‚ง Pinch of crushed red pepper (optional)
๏‚ง 1 Head of Garlic (minced)
๏‚ง 1 Cup Dry White Wine
๏‚ง 3 TBSP Basil (Dried)
๏‚ง Salt (Kosher) & Fresh Ground Black Pepper
๏‚ง Pasta โ€“ Tubular (Rigatoni, Penne, etc.)
๏‚ง Large Bowl with ice water & palmful of salt
