๏ง 3 TBSP Olive Oil
๏ง 1 Med/large onion (chopped)
๏ง Pinch of crushed red pepper (optional)
๏ง 1 Head of Garlic (minced)
๏ง 1 Cup Dry White Wine
๏ง 3 TBSP Basil (Dried)
๏ง Salt (Kosher) & Fresh Ground Black Pepper
๏ง Pasta โ Tubular (Rigatoni, Penne, etc.)
๏ง Large Bowl with ice water & palmful of salt
