Italian Meatballs with Mozzarella | Italian Cuisine
Ingredients:
1) Minced beef 70/30 fat 500g
2) Soaked artisanal Bread 2 slices
3) Bread Crumps 20g
4) Parmigiano 50g
5) Parsley
6) An egg
7) Salt (to taste)
Sauce:
1) Fried meatballs
2) Minced garlic
3) Italian tomato sauce
Oven prep:
1) Pre-heat 250 ‘C
2) Add mozzarella to the meatballs
3) Top with basil
4) Put in oven mid rack at 250 ‘C for 15 min
